Responsibilities — deliver integrated planning and reliable capacity
- Build and maintain a single schedule covering internal production and outsourcing.
- Provide a reliable reading of available capacity before accepting new contracts.
- Allocate production hours between the factory, additional resources, and subcontractors according to priorities.
- Facilitate coordination exchanges with sales, operations, and subcontracting to align commitments.
- Anticipate capacity needs and develop required suppliers to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
- Structure planning practices to support capacity ramp-up and growth.
- Contribute to expansion scenarios in the United States and France, including occasional travel to suppliers.
